Krzysztof Bubel – gong master, yogi, massage therapist, and traveler seeking the harmony of sound and silence.
For over a decade, he has led gong concerts and relaxation sessions in Poland and many European countries, inviting participants on a profound journey through vibration and consciousness. His path with sound developed under the guidance of renowned teachers such as Don Conreaux, Aidan McIntyre, and Mojca Surana Malek.
He perfected his Himalayan bowl techniques in Kathmandu with Master Shree Krishna Shahi. He also sought inspiration and knowledge in Asia – practicing meditation at the Suan Mokkh Monastery in Thailand, and deepening his Kundalini and Iyengar yoga practice under the guidance of local teachers in Rishikesh, India.
He is a participant in the unique “200 Gongs” event in London-the Guinness World Record.
During his travels through the Far East Asia and the Balkans, he draws inspiration from spiritual traditions, music, and cultures around the world. In his work, he combines the sound of gongs, Himalayan bowls,breathing and meditation practices, creating a space for deep relaxation, inner stillness, and a return to natural harmony.
As a teacher, he has been sharing his knowledge of working with gongs and Himalayan bowls for many years, leading workshops and training sessions for those who want to discover the healing power of vibrations.
