Everything you need to know about Būtība Festival 2026 — lineup, programme, venue, family info, and what makes this Latvia’s most unique summer solstice experience. June 21–24, 2026.

Būtība Festival 2026 takes place June 21–24 at Ķeguma Puduri, Latvia. Now in its 11th edition, this beloved summer solstice gathering continues to evolve — and this year promises to be the most powerful yet.

Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.

The Setting

Ķeguma Puduri is one of Latvia’s most magical natural locations — a forested estate on the banks of the Daugava river, Latvia’s largest and most storied waterway. The landscape itself sets the tone: ancient trees, flowing water, open sky, and the golden light of a midsummer night that barely turns to dark.

The Programme

Rituals & Ceremonies The festival opens and closes with solstice ceremonies that honor the sun, the ancestors, and the living earth. Throughout the four days, fire rituals, circle ceremonies, and ancestral practices invite every participant into a deeper relationship with the sacred.

Music & Dance Būtība 2026 features an exceptional international lineup including Mose, Rishi, Rami Riti, Shakya, Vestards Simkus, Sarasvati Dasi, Pascal de Lacaze, Kailash Kokopelli, La Forasteria, Charlie Vas, and many more still to be announced. Expect everything from devotional music and world sounds to late-night dance floors under the solstice sky.

Yoga, Tantra & Meditation A rich daily programme of workshops, classes, and sessions supports inner exploration alongside the outer celebration. Whether you are new to practice or deeply experienced, there is space for you.

Shamanic Journeys Guided by experienced practitioners, the shamanic programme offers a bridge between the visible and invisible worlds — honoring the traditions of our ancestors while remaining relevant to the modern seeker.

Children’s Programme (Ages 5–12)

Būtība 2026 introduces a dedicated children’s programme — a full journey designed specifically for the younger guardians. While parents explore the festival, children aged 5–12 have their own magical space to play, create, and connect with nature.

Children up to 16 years old enter the festival free when accompanied by a parent.

Food & Environment

The Būtība kitchen serves wholesome, nourishing vegetarian food throughout the festival. The entire site is alcohol-free — a conscious choice that supports genuine presence and makes the space welcoming for all ages and backgrounds.

Who is Būtība For?

Būtība welcomes everyone who feels the call — families, solo travellers, couples, seasoned festival-goers, and first-timers alike. If you are drawn to conscious community, spiritual depth, and the beauty of celebrating life in nature — you are home.
