Searching for conscious, spiritual, or transformational festivals in the Baltic states? Būtība Festival in Latvia is the region’s leading gathering for seekers, families, and conscious community. June 21–24, 2026.
Across Europe, a growing movement of conscious festivals has emerged — gatherings that go beyond music and nightlife to offer genuine transformation, spiritual depth, and intentional community. In the Baltic states, one festival stands out above the rest.
Būtība: The Baltics’ Leading Conscious Festival
Būtība Festival has been gathering seekers, healers, artists, and families in the Latvian forests for over a decade. Now in its 11th edition, it has earned a reputation as one of the most authentic conscious celebrations in Northern Europe.
What sets Būtība apart from the growing landscape of wellness festivals is its rootedness — in Latvian land, in ancestral tradition, and in a genuine community that returns year after year.
What is a Conscious Festival?
A conscious festival is one that prioritizes inner growth alongside outer celebration. At Būtība this means:
- An alcohol-free environment that supports genuine presence
- Vegetarian food that nourishes the body and respects the earth
- Spiritual practices including yoga, tantra, meditation, and shamanic ceremony
- Sacred rituals honoring the cycles of nature
- A safe, inclusive space for all ages and backgrounds
The Lineup: International Artists, Baltic Roots
Būtība 2026 brings together an exceptional gathering of artists and teachers including Mose, Rishi, Rami Riti, Shakya, Vestards Simkus, Sarasvati Dasi, Pascal de Lacaze, Kailash Kokopelli, La Forasteria, Charlie Vas, and many more to be announced.
A Festival for the Whole Family
One of Būtība’s most distinctive qualities is its genuine family-friendliness. Children up to 16 enter free with a parent, and a dedicated children’s programme for ages 5–12 runs throughout the festival.
